Business Assistant

Looking for an individual to become a business assistant for the CEO of the organization. This role is ideal opportunity for a young individual who is looking to develop themselves by working close handed with a multi-business owner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executive assistant to the CEO as a team member of the organization.
- Act as the point of contact among other executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Manage information flow, accurate understanding, and pass information onto the relevant individuals.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings.
- Attend to and manage project tasks and timelines.
- Take phone calls on behalf of the CEO, and pass correspondence along when needed.
- Deal with confidential private / family related tasks where necessary.
- Flexible work hours needed depending on business or CEO needs.
- Dealing with Ad hoc projects or researching topics of interest which relate to the company and/or CEO.
- Ability to handle tasks or environments which are outside the current work specifications. (I.e., vastly different work environments and topics where needed)

Skills required for the role:

- BCom or other business orientated degree is essential.
- Valid Driver’s licence is essential as you will be driving the CEO’s business vehicle.
- Capable IT skills and MS Office suite knowledge.
- Discretion when handling confidential business information and financial accounts.
- Unquestionable organizational and time management skills.
- Disciplined approach to task undertaking and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of accounting practices.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with manufacturing facilities and or corporate work environments.

Salary will be negotiable.

Company vehicle will be provided.
