ErgoKōnzept represents _Moll _children’s desks (one of Germany’s foremost manufacturers of ergonomic study furniture) in South Africa. The business was established approximately a year ago with the objective of supplying European quality, functional products to the South African market. Discussions with a further brand about SA market entry are currently underway.

The role is based at the ErgoKōnzept showroom in Kramerville.

**Core Role and Responsibilities**
- ŸDrive showroom sales, chase leads and sales opportunities, and prepare quotes
- Assist running day-to-day sales operations of the showroom (e.g., courier coordination, processing of online orders, ensuring showroom is neat and attractive) and online channels
- Assist in setting up and delivering sales & marketing projects such as shopping centre exhibits, expo stands
- Support online initiatives on websites, channel partners and digital media channels
- Supporting admin activities relating to ordering, online, stock, marketing and other

The business is a recent startup, and as such, the business assistant will support the business across other activities as may be required, both from an administrative and strategic perspective.

**Skills, Experience, Background**
- ŸSales, retail, or marketing experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (preferably with Pivot table experience),
- ŸCreative skills in graphic design software such as Affinity Designer or PhotoShop, and experience in running digital campaigns on Instagram/Facebook are preferred.
- Driver’s license with own car. Must be willing to travel for customer / marketing meetings when required
- Ÿ Strong English and Afrikaans, German of benefit.
- Ÿ Clear credit & criminal record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm, Internship

**Salary**: R12,500.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
