KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Development of annual internal communications strategy and plan
- Internal product activations and campaigns (initiate, plan, implement/manage and evaluate)
- Internal competitions (initiate, plan, implement/manage and evaluate)
- Dissemination of all internal communications (time-sensitive)
- Internal staff events to facilitate staff briefing and engagement-related sessions (initiate, plan, implement/manage and evaluate)
- Set up/coordinate executive presentations and/or videos for staff events
- Cross-functional collaboration with Durban internal communications as well as the Atlas team
- Identify and implement innovative internal communication solutions in line with company needs
- Distribution of internal handouts/gifts (includes monthly #1 sales chocolates)
- Budget management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- NQF Level 6 (360 credits on level 8 framework) Qualification in Communications / Marketing
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
- Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
- PC literacy (MS Office advanced)
- Proficient in SAP
