Our Northdene/ Queensburgh client **(Building Industry) **requires an efficient, competent **Clerk / Administrator** to handle and control all Office Admin duties (evidence of Pastel accounting proficiency is essential).
**For immediate start.**
**(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL BELOW):
- **
- Resident in the Queensburgh area (Sarnia, Northdene, Mosley, Escombe, Malvern, Hillary).
- Own car + unendorsed EB/ Code 08 Drivers license.
- Proven Pastel / Sage accounting program proficiency/ experience.
- Able to state on your CV - proven experience doing weekly & monthly Wages for 20-50 staff (permanent & casuals).
- Spreadsheets - Excel proficiency essential.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Banking.
- Administering Sick Leave and Annual leave.
- Some Debtors & Creditors experience.
- Provide Clear copies of ID, Drivers Licence & Matric certificate.
- Provide accurate and concise dates of _**all**_ previous employment as well as reasons for leaving all of them (month & year to month & year).
- Able to provide letters of reference and contact numbers of your previous Manager / Supervisor / Employer (at least for the last 5 years).
- Clear criminal record.
**Remuneration**:
R12 500 - R13 000 per month (CTC)
Provident fund
**Salary**: R12,500.00 - R13,000.00 per month
