Join the Clover Maintenance team and help keep our operations running smoothly The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination of maintenance activities, and effective communication within the team.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Business English: Fluent
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Perform general administrative tasks**
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Capture data and provide management information
- Maintain technical library and filing
- Support way better teams, assist with departmental communication
**Maintain EAM system documentation**
- Collect all EAM work orders
**Handle administration of purchasing and engineering stores**
- Create purchase orders for approval
- Place orders at vendors
- Receive invoices and ensure it is correctly allocated
- Assist with queries from Accounts’ department
- Ensure department administration conforms to policy
- Record receipt of delivery on EAM system and documented
