Location: Gardens, Cape Town **Must-Have Qualifications**:

- You've finished your tourism studies, achieving **at least an N6** in Travel Office Procedures, and you're great with numbers.
- A college degree in Tourism or a related field is a plus.
- **Or you have experience in Travel Administration** and a strong understanding of Travel Back Office Support.

**Skills We're Looking For**:

- You're skilled in communication, both verbal and written, and can easily interact with suppliers and customers.☑
- Fluent in English and one additional South African official language.☑
- You're proficient with computers, the internet, and social media.☑
- You can manage stress, organize your work independently, and maintain order.☑
- You have experience in back-office support, with excellent data and numerical abilities.☑
- You understand how travel booking systems work and possess strong office skills.☑

**Your Role**:
In this support role, you'll support accounting tasks, data entry, and provide exceptional assistance to consultants, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth operations in the back office.
