- Sage Evolution
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Nedbank Bank processing advantageous
- 5 year’s Creditors Clerk experience

The main purpose of the role is to perform the full Creditors clerk function up to age analysis, supplier reconciliations, as well as have worked in a very high-pressure, deadline driven environment.

Duties and responsibilities
- Perform full audit on supplier invoices before processing
- Capture invoices on Sage Evolution
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations on all suppliers in age analysis
- Follow up with managers and suppliers to sort our reconciling items
- Ensure all suppliers are reconciled before processing payment
- Load payments on to bank and send to authorised managers to release
- Ensure suppliers are not double paid, and follow up on any debit balances
- Sound knowledge of VAT processing and the implications thereof
- Prepare full creditors audit file to be reviewed by balance sheet manager before external audit commences
- Assist Financial Managers with all audit queries related to suppliers.
