With a vacancy in their Johannesburg-based head office, they are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team. They need someone to take control of a portfolio that includes Retail, Commercial, and Vacant Land properties. Managing this diverse range of assets requires exceptional financial, analytical, and communication skills. While the majority of your time will be spent sweating existing assets, there will also be a fair amount of disposals, developments, and redevelopments to handle. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, tenant relations, property maintenance, and risk management, among others. This position covers the full property life cycle and provides the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the property industry as a whole.
