Job Overview To manage the performance of the Commercial and Asset Finance (CAF) sales team by providing leadership, advice, and guidance to enable them to achieve agreed business targets, execute the CAF sales strategy and improve their performance in line with the business objectives for a portfolio of Entrepreneur, Business and Commercial customers. To retain oversight of all VAF matters across Retail and Commercial Asset Finance.
