Broker Secretary (Administrator) to provide administration support for a financial planning team. Help us empower our clients to retire successfully.
**Minimum requirements**
- Qualifications_
- Matric
- Higher Certificate in Financial Planning or Wealth Management Certificate (or equivalent qualification) would be an advantage
- Job specification _
- Submit and follow up all forms and servicing requests
- Prepare documents (forms, policy schedules)
- Handle all client administration queries
- Load and update policy and investment information on financial planning tool
- Work closely with team to ensure all required administration processes take place
- Experience _
- Must have done administrative work for a financial planner in an individual business capacity
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with the following products: Risk products
(Life/Disability/Dread Disease cover); Investment products (Retirement Annuities,
Preservers, Living Annuities, Endowments, Unit Trusts)
- Computer literacy: Xplan or financial planning software, Astute, Provider systems,
Outlook, Word, Excel
- Remuneration _
- Salaried position (cost to company with benefits)
