**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate on and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and interpret data to guide online strategies and campaign improvements.
- Develop engaging content and ideas for different platforms.
- Work with online environments and assist in the maintenance and optimization of web assets.
- Utilize coding and basic programming to support and enhance R&D initiatives.
- Research and contribute to new projects and innovations within the department.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and processes.
- Assist in managing data with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- A completed degree in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic coding (e.g., Python, HTML, or JavaScript).
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for trends in online environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a balance of analytical and innovative thinking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
