**Role Summary**:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support our data-driven initiatives by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with senior data analysts and test administrators to maintain and enhance our analytics platforms and explore new data realms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist test administrators and management in providing updated stats and key insights on test performance.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and security.
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking of analytics projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
- Processing of data queries
- Ad hoc data investigations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL Server (or any other DBMS) for data storage and complex querying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Python programming and the pandas library advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
