**Key accountabilities and responsibilities**:
1. POSM Management: Distribute printed POSM (designed, produced, and procured) to assigned regions based on the monthly channel requirements, monitor regional utilization, and provide feedback.
2. BBQ Warehouse Management: Prepare audit reports on imported and exported goods, oversee inventory, and manage the inbound and outbound movement of POSM and gifts in compliance with regulations.
3. LDU Management: Oversee the couriering of LDUs and manage all distribution phases, including notifying RAM for collection, uploading LDU allocation details to the RAM system, and tracking the return of POD. Investigate cases requiring insurance claims and provide relevant information to insurers.
4. Assist in the implementation of Promotions, offline activities and mall promotions for new product launches.
5. Responsible for the monthly POSM payment
6. Ad hoc BTL projects when and as requested
7. Coordinate the inbound and outbound of the warehouse for the team.
8. Support channel promotions e.g. Vodacom golf day, MTN promotion campaign, etc.
9. Compile and submit LDU review and inspection reports. Issue LDU review orders via V-work and request LDU photo reports from Area Managers. If feedback is not received, follow up persistently until all necessary information is obtained and verified
10. Inspect POSM displays in stores, promptly correct any discrepancies, and ensure timely supply of new POSM materials to the Retail team
11. Assist the Retail team in securing sufficient POSM materials to enhance the store's brand image display
12. Conduct monthly LDU display checks, address any issues, and report any LDU-related situations.
13. Ensure timely ordering, distribution, and display follow-up of monthly channel POSM.
14. Audit POSM Displays, promotion and inspection: Conduct monthly follow-ups on POSM displays, verify nationwide implementation through V-work, and ensure compliance with display standards.
15. Manage monthly channel POSM orders, distribution, and display follow-ups, including items such as Vodacom flyers, posters, and cubes.
16. Manage BBQ inventory and conduct regular stock takes.
17. Quarterly work summary, including POSM, promotion, team support, work harvest, new quarterly work plan, etc
18. Quarterly LDU inspection report, old machine recovery report, new quarterly LDU inspection work implementation plan
**Desired experience & qualifications**:
- Marketing Degree
- Min 3-5 years Marketing experience
- Min 3-5 years Mall Activation & Events experience
- Min 3-5 Warehouse experience
- Min 3-5 years in a similar role
- Telecommunication industry background
