Are you someone who can:

- Facilitate quality delivery across the various teams.
- Monitor quality adherence and compliance to quality standards.
- Ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
- Deploy the quality management tools.
- Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.
- Communicate quality initiatives.
- Provide ongoing intelligence on customers and competitors using internal and external data sources i.e. monitor surveys etc.
- Offer input into market analysis and segmentation.
- Assist in aligning processes in the business and to ensure that this is in line with customers' expectations.
- Identify possible risks in the area and come up with suitable action plans to ensure there are no loopholes in the process.- 2 Years plus experience in a Quality Assurer role- Life Insurance Experience would be beneficial- Phone Call Evaluation and Etiquette- Evaluation of Complaints and the root causes

Technical Skills

Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for collaborating with teams, explaining quality standards, and reporting findings.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to be meticulous and spot inconsistencies is a critical skill for this role.
- Analytical Skills: A strong ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement is necessary.
- Root Cause Analysis: The Ability to do root cause analysis
