Back Office Administrator

**Overview of the Role**
- Assisting and supporting front-line staff (Store Agents) in their day-to-day operations, including both product and order processing
- Assisting and coordinating with the respective sales teams
- Handling of escalations that couldn’t be resolved at store level
- Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
- Execution of business sales that are referred to the Back Office by customers
- Correcting discrepancies in customer account balances
- Assisting the front-line in preparing, scheduling and organizing appointments
- Assisting with compliance and filtering of quality business and fraudulent business **Creating Fixed Line orders on OMS & NGN**:
- Tracking of Fixed line orders
- Assist in briefing & training of the front staff.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Telkom Systems knowledge - NGN CRM, OMS, CBS, CMSS, Xact and Unibase
- Problem solving skills
- Product knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Good communication skills
- Creativity.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- An Administrations qualification will be an added advantage
- A retail telecommunication experience will be an added advantage.

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
