**Job Description**:
The F2F Life and Investments Department Personal Assistant position is aimed at providing support and administrative functionality to the OUTLife General Manager, OUTLife management team as well as COO and HOD when required. The spectrum of tasks for this position requires a sound work ethic as the position encompasses all the various Life, Investments and Funeral products and functions.

It must be noted that while the position is to support the OUTLife Management team, the role is not restricted to this only as the actuarial and senior management team may need assistance from time to time.

General Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to:

- Credit card and invoice management
- Calendar bookings for HOD’s and Regional management team
- Quarterly staff and end year function arrangements
- IT support/requests
- Actuarial and OUTvest assistance where needed
- Support to HOD and COO if required
- Request Marketing material and promo items
- SharePoint updates, checks, lists, minutes
- Task Allocations for relevant stakeholders
- Manage Budgets
- Monthly newbie on-boarding
- Monthly Induction with newbies
- Contract management
- Manage on-boarding process for new IFA’s
- Assist Wealth Specialist where needed

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Business writing skills

**Required Competencies & Personal Attributes**:

- Organised, disciplined and self-motivated
- Deadline and results orientated
- Proficient in SharePoint 2.0 (Internal system)
- Excellent interpersonal ad communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
- Credit card and budget management
- Summit System (Internal system)
