**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for clients
- Provide nutrition guidance and support to help clients reach their goals
- Lead group fitness classes and ensure the safety and effectiveness of workouts
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Keep up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research to continually enhance knowledge and skills
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Effectively communicate with clients to track progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a comprehensive fitness experience for clients

Qualifications:

- Certified personal trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques
- Prior experience working as a personal trainer is preferred
