You will be responsible for all curation of marketing content and will take charge of a project from conception to execution, ensuring brand standards across all outputs and touchpoints. Creative content encompasses brand design; print and product design; digital UX and UI design; brand copy and tone of voice and art-direction of photography and videography.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring up to 2 days a week in office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads, coaches and mentors the creative team of 10 people across three streams - copy, design, video and digital
- In close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer, helps to develop creative direction, new concepts and brand and activation campaigns as well as creative platforms and creative design solutions across the business
- Responsible for translating the brand language across all touchpoints and ensures quality assurance of end-outputs and adherence to consistency and brand guidelines
- Oversees the development and creation of all marketing content, helping the team accomplish creative initiatives with the intention of driving the company’s design standard
- Helps evolve the brand’s identity across the company’s portfolio
- Leads development and tailoring of creative content to suit all brand audiences such as B2C and B2B
- Ensures all brand experience touch points - both offline and online, are connected and considered
- Leads the development of visual creative for in-camp/in-product support (such as maps, checklists, guest room drops, menus, wine lists, uniforms, vehicle branding); marketing communication (through-the-line campaigns), sales support (such as brochures, agent manuals, trade show exhibition concepts and collateral), corporate stationery and internal launches
- Develops the conceptualisation - including storyboarding, briefing and the overall art direction of our brand videos as well as overseeing the creation and outputs
- Contributes to development of marketing strategy and brand plans during the brand planning cycles and the ongoing strategic conversation
- Collaborates with external brand agencies, professional writers, photographers, and videographers, where needed, to source leading edge content
- Ensures rigorous processes are in place for efficiency and productivity that allows the team to have clear ideas of workstreams, deadlines and requirements
- Collaborates with senior internal stakeholders where required.
**Requirements**:
- A Visual Arts Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in creative development, at least five of which on the design agency side and in a senior design leadership role
- A strong design background with the ability to do detailed design in various software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma/Sketch)
- Experience of leading a team of creatives and capability to mentor, coach and inspire
- Strong digital experience and exposure to established and successful brands
- Experience in the luxury branding sector and exposure to the luxury hospitality industry (highly advantageous)
- A strong designer with the ability to conceptualise and execute luxurious, aesthetically crafted design
- Excellent storyteller and a confident presenter
- Ability to marry creativity with business acumen and audience insights
- Expertise and exposure to UX and UI digital design, graphic design, print and campaign work
- An understanding of the written word and ability to ensure accurate brand tone and messaging across executions
- Exposure to multiple design software and tools; constantly looking to improve processes and ways of working
- Conceptual and innovative thinking
- Strong people skills and leadership approach
- Mature and grounded - to work with an array of internal stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong eye for details and passionate about ensuring only the best work leaves the door
