We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the global TTC Tour Brands digital team at The Travel Corporation. As a Junior Web Content Editor, based in our office in Cape Town, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining engaging, informative, and visually appealing content across our websites. Your creativity, attention to detail and passion for travel will help shape the online presence of our company and inspire travellers worldwide.

Reporting into the Senior Web Content Manager you will be responsible for the build and maintenance of content across TTC Tour Brand B2C & B2B websites including Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold.

**Key Activities Performed**:

- Manage, build and publish website content.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, legal compliance, and brand guidelines adherence.
- Ensure brand guidelines around content management, style and appearance are adhered to.
- Deliver global and regional marketing offers and incentives via campaign landing pages.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the overall user experience by implementing content placement and layout improvements.
- Monitor user engagement metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for content optimisation and enhancement.
- Optimise content for search engines and adhere to SEO best practices to help improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct QA and testing of new features together with quality checking of website product content.
- Provide day-to-day support to troubleshoot and help resolve site issues. Other duties as required and assigned

**Requirements**:

- University or college degree preferred.
