Internal Communications Manager: Digital

**Purpose of the Job**:
**Job Objectives**:
Align the internal communication strategy for all digital communication channels, from Home Office to Stores, ensuring its seamless execution from concept to delivery.
Source, develop and create content across all digital channels, working alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure content produced is relevant, compelling and engaging.
Review, edit, proofread and quality assure all communications, ensuring a consistent quality of branding related content is delivered.
Oversee the production of brand collateral and assets by working with marketing, vendors and other external partners to support the articulation of key messages.
Identify, develop and implement tactics for increasing employee engagement across the various digital platforms.
Develop the internal communication calendar for all digital campaigns and activations and manage its implementation to inform and engage employees on prioritised and agreed organisational topics, themes and narratives.
Capitalise on communication opportunities that strengthen the employer branding presence through external channels.
Respond to communication requests from internal stakeholders, developing compelling messages and communicating through appropriate channels within specified timelines.
Work collaboratively with the broader Corporate Communications teams to mine for content that can be tailored and repurposed for a broader audience.
Monitor, measure and report on related communication channels and platforms and recommend new or improved content and/or delivery methods to ensure communication and delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing or a related field - (essential).
**Experience**:
4+ years experience in a similar capacity or role with demonstrable experience delivering and executing communication strategies and plans for a large corporate organisation including managing a variety of corporate communications channels, and creating content that demonstrates an understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs - (essential).
Experience in a retail environment - (desired).
**Knowledge and Skills**:
Well-developed understanding of employee engagement strategies and translating these into meaningful experiences - (essential).
Experience delivering cross-functional communication projects for audiences across levels, functions and regions - (essential).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint Online - (essential).
