Are you passionate about food and leadership? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where quality and teamwork matter? We’re looking for a **dynamic Food Services Assistant / Cook** to join our team and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and cook delicious meals that meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene practices
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management
- Lead food preparation for events and catering orders
- Ensure the kitchen stays clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and clients during functions
- Complete administrative tasks including logs, inventory sheets, and waste tracking

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar catering/hospitality role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (culinary/hospitality qualifications are a plus)
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certification
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
