We've got a brand new addition to the Digital Marketing Team available as Content Upload Coordinator. Reporting to the Website Manager, this role will be responsible for uploading and removing campaign creative and product imagery onto the Ackermans Website in accordance with marketing promotions and product in-store dates and managing the process from start to end.

We're a fully in-office team. The position is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, Cape Town.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure campaign website product is uploaded by means of completion of various Magento csv templates (Marketing & SEO)
- Manage quality control and product upload approvals with merchandising teams
- Creating various UTM parameters for digital media campaign
- Building and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders Assist Digital Marketing Team with ad hoc projects or administration tasks as required

**Experience required**:
**Essential**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant digital experience gained in a Digital Marketing environment
- Experience working with local SEO and keyword search tools (SEM Rush, Bright local, Moz etc.)
- Experience in website product upload

**Preferred**:

- Experience gained in a Retail environment
- A working knowledge of the latest MS packages (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) is an important requirement
- A working knowledge of SEO and Web based CMS

**Qualification required**:
**Essential**:

- National Diploma in Marketing / Information Systems or related field

**Preferred**:

- A qualification in SEO, web and mobile design or development
- Google Accredited Courses

**Knowledge and skills required**:

- A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Magento
- Knowledge of digital reporting and various analytical tools
- Knowledge of digital channels i.e. web, digital media, social media, USSD and Apps
- Knowledge of digital industry, trends, tools and techniques and the integration thereof
- Knowledge of SEO, UX and Website product Uploads
- Knowledge of latest SEO and Digital marketing trends and best practises
