**Responsible for the Receiving of Cash**
- Compare physical container/seal number to CIT handover receipt book
- Check for any damaged or tampered with containers/bags and report all anomalies to Supervisor/Team Leader
- Sign CIT receipt book and file the original receipt
- Filing of all documentation including receipt documentation, run sheets and all control sheets
- Receive container/bags on the receiving module on the applicable system
- Transfer container/bags to the Holding supervisor/Teller on the applicable system
- Comply with all policies and procedures to eliminate any possible risks to the company and the customer
- Recode all empty bags on the required control sheet before handing it over to the CIT
- Dispatch all no-seal (Post) deposits to all the CITs
- Responsible for sending and receiving all retail bags from the vault
- Receive cash from all the CITs

**Responsible for the Distribution of Cash**
- Identify container/bag to be transferred to the applicable Teller
- Handover Container/bag to the relevant Teller under camera coverage and verify that the teller has the required empty containers
- Collect cash from all CITs and issue the customer with an HHT Print-out Secure all containers/bags and placing the cash in a secure trolley
- Deliver cash to center for processing
- Inspect the relevant trolley on a daily basis and check the functioning of the trolley in order for duties to effectively be completed
- Report all equipment faults or failures to the relevant supervisor
- Responsible for the housekeeping of the trolley as well as the box room
- Clean the empty bulk bags from the tellers and packing it neatly in the designated area
- Adhere to prescribe policy and procedures
- Dispatch the container/bag back to CITs
- Dispatch all payroll orders to CITs

**Minimum Requirement Work Experience**
- 6 month work experience as a Cashier or Teller (advantageous)

**Minimum Requirements Education**
- Grade 12 with Maths Lieteracy

**Special Training or Requirements**
- Successful completion of SBV Cash Processing Training Course
