**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role will be advantageous
- Strong people skills is beneficial
- Computer literate in retail software will be beneficial
- Must be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Must maintain good telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work with money
- Must be able to manage drivers delivering parcels
- Must be able to converse in both English and Afrikaans
- Strong administration skills is required
- Person must reside in Nelspruit
