**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric as a minimum
- At least three years of proven internal sales experience
- Computer Literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS**
- Liaise with customers regarding enquiries
- Coordinating customer requests and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
- Creating reports and analysing sales data
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks
