**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities in the occupational health space including new markets and new customers.
- Generate leads and cold calls prospective clients.
- Maintain key accounts customer base to sustain sales levels.
- Source new business by meeting with customers, face to face contact, or over the phone.
- Develop and implement a branding strategy and include the use of social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google adverts.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and information to clients for acceptance.
- Conduct a sales handover to the to the operations department once the sale is secured.
- Facilitate a customer complain from clients and ensure resolution is implemented.
- Prepare daily report/portfolio of evident on WhatsApp for all work done.
- Prepare weekly report to be submitted to the CEO detailing all the work done in occupational health. This includes screening, X-rays, wellness, safety and training.
- Prepare and present a weekly sales report to the sales committee showing targets, projections, actual, risks and mitigation.
- Prepare and submit a monthly report to the CEO.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as per your performance compact.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A tertiary qualification in Sales
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales
- Previous experience in Occupational Health field
- Must have excellent English language and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work in a team
- Good administrative skills
- Have willingness to learn
- Must be able to use online search engines and digital software effectively.

**Salary**: Up to R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Occupational Health sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
