Full Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for the end-to-end management and oversight of all bulk recruitment for the business units. Through the execution of strategies and processes this role will support the business to meet bulk recruitment targets in key growth areas

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Management of Processes and Procedures relating to Bulk Recruitment

Execute attraction strategies for bulk recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of bulk recruitment

Engage with internal stakeholders as a matter expert, providing a consultancy service to guide resourcing strategies

Create a talent pipeline and pool to enable an effective recruitment process

Prioritize continuous improvement through consistent evaluation of recruitment practices

Reporting

Continuously keep abreast of and report on trends and developments

Identify risks and problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures

Communicate relevant insights to stakeholders

Monitor and provide feedback on processes and procedures to all stakeholders

Monthly reporting on statistics, trends and best practises

Stakeholder management

Actively build, maintain and grow strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, internally and externally

Manage client expectations and manage effective flow of information

Manage end to end Supplier and service provider relationships

Liaise with Service providers to ensure up to date information is provided

Resolve queries from Service providers timeously

2-3 years’ recruitment experience,, with at least 1-year experience dealing with volume/bulk recruitment

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:
