As a Senior Digital Delivery Manager in Business Solutions at SanlamConnect (Sanlam’s Distribution Business), you will be pivotal in overseeing the Digital Delivery department's Leads Management and Advice Management teams. Reporting directly to the Segment CIO (Head of Business Solutions), your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, project management, and fostering a culture of innovation to drive digital transformation in Leads Management and advice management. Your IT, business, and financial planning expertise will be crucial in delivering successful digital initiatives and enhancing the overall customer experience. **Leadership and Culture of Innovation**:
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the Distribution department, encouraging new ideas, creativity, and collaboration.
Lead and inspire the Leads Management and Advice Management teams, ensuring high-performance levels, professional growth, and a strong team spirit.
Champion the value of digital transformation and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies across the organisation.

**Intermediary Digital Value Proposition**:
Enhance and enable the digital value proposition for intermediaries, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage digital channels and tools to improve intermediary engagement and support their business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to measure and optimise the impact of digital initiatives on intermediary satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.

**Ease of Doing Business (EodB)**:
Champion the importance of ease of doing business across the entire value chain, identifying pain points, and implementing digital solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, digitisation, and self-service capabilities to simplify customer interactions and enhance the overall experience.

**Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Digital Pilots**:
Drive and lead the creation and execution of proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate new digital ideas and technologies before broader implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design, execute, and evaluate digital pilots, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer expectations.
Analyse pilot results, identify learnings and recommend scaling successful initiatives.

**People Management and Collaboration**:
Lead and manage a diverse team of digital professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support for their professional growth and development.
Foster effective collaboration and communication between the Leads and Advice Management teams and other cross-functional departments.
Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning within the team and across the organisation.

Contribute to the Business Solutions Architecture function by providing input on digital strategies, solutions design, and integration requirements.

Contribute to governance and quality assurance functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

**IT Strategy and Planning**:
Collaborate with the Segment CIO to develop and implement the IT strategy for Leads Management and Advice Management, aligning it with the overall organisational goals.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes and customer experience.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT initiatives, prioritising projects based on business value and resource availability.

**System Implementation and Integration**:
Oversee the implementation and integration of IT systems and platforms for leads and advice management, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.
