**We require energetic, passionate individuals with the required experience and skill set to take hopeful students and aid them in becoming qualified culinary/hospitality professionals.**

**We currently require HSM Student Advisors for CPT campuse.**

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Responsible for growing and maintaining IIE School of Hospitality and Service management Brand and achieving targeted growth.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To build the IIE Hospitality and Service Management brand and achieve target growth for the company.
- Ensure all administrative duties is done timeously and Head Office and the Campus Head is up to date with what happens on daily, weekly & monthly basis and reports sent to Management as requested.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies and IIE School of Hospitality and Service Management.
- To contribute back to the local community, project the values of Hospitality and Service Management and implement the CCS plan to decrease carbon footprint.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**SKILLS**
- Excellent command of the English Language
- **Ability to close sales and be target driven**:

- Self-motivated
- **Work well under pressure**:

- Well-presented and professional
- **Good presentation skills**:

- Computer skills (Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

**EXPERIENCE**
- **2 years’ proven sales experience in a target driven sales environment (non-negotiable)**:

- Exposure to the hospitality industry will be an advantage

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric
- Sales and Marketing Diploma
- **Must have own transport and license (non-negotiable)**

Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: R12,500.00 per month
