**INTERNAL AUDITOR-PIETERMARITZBURG**

We are looking for an experienced internal Auditor to perform internal audit work as per the assurance plan and to give reasonable assurance to management on the effectiveness of governance, Risk compliance

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Plan, perform and report on internal audits as identified in the assurance plan and perform ad-hoc audits where necessary

Internal audit is to be completed within the prescribed budget, timeframe and in accordance with the company internal Audit methodology and reporting standards

Prepare internal Audit papers and reports for management and finance committee, These include audit reports, Summaries and other matters affecting RBCT, Which internal Audit is involved

In conjunction with the senior internal Auditor and general Manager finance, plan, Prepare and perform investigations in reports that have been reported through the whistle-blower Hotline/Tip -Off Facility

**General Duties**

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Diploma or Degree specialising in Auditing or related discipline 3-5 years internal audit experience, CIA qualification advantageous

**SKILLS**

Strong analytic Skills, Negotiation Skills, Ability to identify risk and internal controls, an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Law (e.g. Companies Act, OHSACT, PoPI Act, King IV, etc), Forensic Auditing, Risk Management, Microsoft office, SAP and CURA

**Personally**

Diplomacy, High Ethical standards, good communication/presentation skills, Mutual respect, Honesty and integrity process/Structure driven

**Behavioural Traits**

Leadership skills, Deadline driven, attention to details, impact and influence, Ability to interact with shareholders and general man
