Organisational Design Consultant

**Job Summary**:
As an HR Consultant at Empower Capital, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the full spectrum of HR activities for our clients. We offer tailored HR services that align with our clients' unique needs and help them optimize their human capital. As we expand our reach, we are seeking experienced and highly competent HR Consultant Subcontractor to join our network and provide exceptional HR support to our diverse client base. We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable professional who can provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and create solutions to remedy their problems.
Assist clients in organizational design, including job analysis, job descriptions, and restructuring strategies.
Design and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and succession planning.
Provide guidance and support in performance management undertakings, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback channels.
Design comprehensive exit reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement.
Advise clients on compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client organizations' HR knowledge and skills.
Work in tandem with clients to resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, generate insights, and make recommendations for enhancing HR practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging HR practices, and legislative changes to provide up-to-date and relevant HR guidance to clients.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or HR Generalist, performing the full range of HR functions.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
