- The Workshop Manager is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all fleets. The fleet includes reach stackers, Kalmar’s, forklifts, company cars, rollers, motorbikes, bagging machines, generators, scales, weighbridge, trucks, trailers, low beds, and any other machinery and or vehicle used by the company.- The Workshop Manager always has overall responsibility for all workshop operations and staff management.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum requirements:
- Academic Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Technical Mechanic background.
- 5+ years Workshop Manager experience at senior level, medium/large workshop and fleet, and staff capacity - Transport industry
- Good understanding of Business and Business Needs.
- IT knowledge: good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel)
- Time availability: willingness to work nights and weekends as per workload.
- Strong Management skills - will manage a large team (40+)

**What Qualification**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Technical Mechanic background.
