- Strategic commercial leadership for sustainable success against growth, PVA and other targets
- Ongoing segmentation and specialisation to drive market penetration in segment, product, and territory
- Expanding active customer base and increase annuity customers
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that complements the Group’s and the MD’s business strategies
- Maintenance and development of relationships with major customers and professional associations
- Sales Team development and professionalism
- Active contribution to the Board of Directors
- Identify opportunities for expansion
- Develop and deliver Management Plan & Forecasts
- Active maintenance of Sales Systems e.g. CRM
- Working with Directors and Managers to ensure consistent and efficient working practices
- Group Segment management & BOX Sales
- Providing communication of all key information to other department
- Communication of all key information to the sales & technical staff, and external customers

**Qualifications**:

- Proven strategic leadership experience in construction
- Construction Management or Business relevant degree
- 10 Years’ experience in Formwork & Scaffolding advantageous
- Able to lead and motivate a team
- Objective-orientated
- Strong work ethic, open and reliable
- High emotional intelligence
- Great organisational skills
- Always goes the extra mile
- Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation
- Drives Continuous Improvement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills
- Keeping update and abreast of market trends and developments
- Ability to understand financial drivers
- Ability to pro-actively identify and structure sales organisation to achieve company objectives.
- High understanding of the cast in-situ concrete construction industry
- Fluent in English
