**Minimum Requirements**:

- Qualified Technician N3 in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an Aftersales operation at a dealership and or OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacture) Level
- Knowledge and understanding of the automotive manufacturing sector and or Isuzu operations and subsidiary companies
- Automotive systems and Aftersales tools knowledge (e.g. DMS, CRM, ERP systems etc)
- Valid Driver’s License and own transport
- Sales background, an added advantage
- Able to interact with all levels of people internally and externally, in addition must be able to operate in a diversified cultural environment
- Interest in the African continent and be flexible with extensive travel
- Valid Travel Passport

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

Execution of the Aftersales strategy with the dealer network and driving accountability
- Conduct frequent Regional Dealer visits for business reviews, dealer audits and joined customer visits
- Drive sustainable aftersales revenue growth with the dealer network and managing day-to-day activities to achieve set P&A (Parts and Accessories) purchase targets on a monthly basis
- Co-create go-to-market strategies and campaigns with the dealers to respond to market trends, provide exceptional customer service to achieve number one in the industry and increase aftersales customer satisfaction index (CSI) and net promoter score (NPS)
- Establish Processes to ensure accurate Dealer forecasting, inventory management, customer relationship management
- Drive adherence to IMSAf’s (Isuzu Motors South Africa) dealer standards from frontline, workshop, parts counters and Dealer facility
- Ensure that job cards and dealer audits are carried out (looking out for no charges and/or no upselling) on a monthly basis and follow up on open items
- Guide Dealers on the execution of Field Actions; monitor and measure the execution to ensure a reduction in missed field action
- Continuous management of the Dealer capacity and development plan to improve staff competencies and capacity
- Monitor and measure service department plan pertaining to retail hours, ensure the workforce complement is well balanced to achieve retail hours
- Drive IMSAf’s focus on network expansion with the dealers through implementation of Authorized Service Centers for increased brand reach and incremental sales
- Drive adherence to Warranty policies, processes and procedures
