**Position Description**

**Key Performance Area / Main Output**
- Portfolio manager support
- Provide support to the portfolio manager
- Execute marketing related assignments as required
- Provide data reporting to the portfolio manager as per agreed timelines

**School marketing support**
- In the absence of a school marketer within the portfolio of schools, the marketing project leader is to provide direct marketing support to the school.
- New school marketer induction and training
- Refresher training to school marketers where performance is lacking, or the need arises

**Marketing strategy integration aligned to the CURRO objectives**
- Support school marketers with the development of individual school marketing plans.
- Oversee and guide the implementation of the approved marketing plan.

**Budget management**
- Assist and liaise with school marketers to track their individual marketing budgets aligned to actual spend.

**Marketing Projects, Open Days and Events support**
- Assist, advise and train the school marketer on school promotional events to acquire and retain, based on requirements and within budget supported by the approved marketing plan
- Track and monitor maximum PR coverage achieved
- Ensure standards and effectiveness is maintained in line with strategy and project plan/s
- Within budget
- Track and achieve targets as agreed
- Compile post event reports and provide feedback Project Manager

**Brand and corporate identity managed**
- Oversee the implementation of the brand and correct use of CI (Corporate Identity) across school models on all marketing collateral as per guidelines issued from centralised marketing and communications team
- Conduct brand audits conducted in line with specification and standards with effective remedial actions
- Review and manage a consistent approach throughout the schools
- Be a brand ambassador

**Marketing publications**
- Monitor and ensure brand alignment on school marketing collateral
- New materials for schools are packaged and deployed in line with strategy
- Consistent approach maintained
- Correct and relevant information is used

**Online presence managed**
- Monitor social media accounts and manage communications for specific schools as required
- Oversee required updates to the relevant section of website in line with agreed communications strategy and to align to changes occurring within the school

**Sale research, leads and closing**
- Guide acquired schools, new schools and new marketers relating to market research
- Devise and action appropriate opportunities in line with overall strategy
- Audit leads converted to sales in line with targets
- Recorded and analysed
- Professional image maintained
- Proactive and professional
- Assist and guide effective and improved processes
- Communications with stakeholders actioned daily / as required
- Community involved and mobilised as required in terms of strategy
