A leading sweet manufacturer is looking for a Training Facilitator who has a background of Health and Safety and who is capable of handling first aid situation within a manufacturing environment. The person needs to understand SETA reporting and requirements. would prefer some-one who has experience in completing WSP/ATR through the SETA Fasset.

**Experience**

Min 3 years' Experience as a training facilitator and H&S assistant.

**KNOWLEDGE**
- General knowledge of regulatory environment for Skills Development
- Knowledge of processes
- Knowledge of the SETA framework and requirements
- Have an overview understanding of the South African National Qualifications Framework (SAQA and NQF)
- Knowledge of OHSE Act 85 of 1993
- Knowledge of Workmans’ compensation and submitting of IOD documentation

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Must live in Pretoria, close to Centurion**
- Drivers license
- Certified in first aid, level 2 or more advanced
- Needs to be efficient in MS power point to create training material
- Must be able to set up and maintain training matrix
- Be able to deal with injuries of a serious nature
- Be able to work shifts when required
- Keep schedules and material prepared for the trainings
- Be pro-active in identifying training needs
- Be certified as a facilitator (being registered as an assessor or moderator will be an added advantage)
- Be able to assist the Safety Officer with regards to any H&S matters which might arise from time to time.
- Must have strong administration skills
- Must be able to work with people

Must be able to work under pressure

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
