**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an organised, charismatic, guest-orientated individual with a sense of urgency and high attention to detail, to welcome guests and manage the reservations function of the relevant Food and Beverage outlet.

**Minimum Experience or Qualification**:

- Grade 12 / Equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a food and beverage guest-facing role in a 4/5* Hotel Restaurant or Fine Dining Establishment
- Experience at operator level of a Point of Sales System - exposure to Micros advantageous
- Highly presentable
- Solid English verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Experience in Service Recovery
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

**Key Performance Objectives**:

- To manage the outlet reservations and floor plan to optimise outlet covers while minimising “reservation congestion” in accordance with laid-down procedures
- To welcome guests and make them feel at home by following the RCH “meet, greet and seat” procedure
- To ensure that mise en place is completed in accordance with outlet SOP
- To ensure that cinema is prepared and screenings are managed in accordance with SOPs
- Understanding of different types of coffees
- Able to deal guests

**Waiter**
- To maximise revenue generating opportunities, whilst enhancing the guest service experience, through upselling, in accordance with outlet service journey
- Ensuring that mise en place is done in accordance with outlet standard
- Service guests in accordance with outlet service journey and company service culture
- Handle operating equipment in accordance with company standards ensuring mínimal breakages
- Ensure that all revenue is accounted for by practicing the “swipe before you serve” principle for all transactions
