**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision**: Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
**Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers to understand project specifications and goals and implement plans effectively on-site.
**Quality Control**: Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring that all construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications.
**Safety Management**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
**Problem-Solving**: Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively, coordinating with relevant team members as needed.
**Material Management**: Oversee the ordering, delivery, and proper use of materials and equipment on-site.
**Reporting**: Maintain daily logs of progress, labor hours, and any incidents or delays, reporting directly to the project manager.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using construction management software is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are preferred.
