**Job Purpose**

Gather data through research, conduct analyses using risk management models, and produce risk assessment reports.

**Responsibilities**

**Data Collection and Analysis**
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.

**Recommendations**
- Advise others on how to design new processes and systems that meet professional standards

**Organizational Risk Management**
- Keep track of risk parameters, identifying any more deviations and reporting them to more senior colleagues
- Involves working within established risk management systems

**Solutions Analysis**
- Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents

**Needs Assessment**
- Explore issues or needs, establishing potential causes and barriers as well as related issues

**Client & Customer Management (Internal)**
- Help senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems

**Data Management**
- Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice

**Document Preparation**
- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports

- Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice
