IT Systems Analyst

**Job Title**: IT Systems Analyst & Support Specialist

**About the Role**

Our industrial bakery is looking for a practical, people-focused IT Systems Analyst & Support Lead to take ownership of our technology landscape — from the PCs, printers, and network that keep our team moving, to the systems that drive our manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations.

This is a hands-on role in a high-volume, fast-paced bakery environment — not a corporate desk job. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our systems reliable, our users supported, and our digital tools evolving as we grow.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Maintain and support our IT infrastructure — PCs, mobile devices, network, label printers, and related software.
- Manage and improve business systems including our accounting/ERP system, production planning and tracking tools, customer ordering integrations, and website.
- Help automate and simplify processes across departments to reduce friction, prevent errors, and make people’s jobs easier.
- Work closely with management and frontline teams to identify issues, listen, observe, and turn insights into practical system improvements.
- Collaborate on projects that move us toward a more data-driven operation — ultimately building toward a real-time digital twin of our bakery.
