We are looking for a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, developing new markets, and managing the sales team's performance. Reporting to the MD, you will be tasked with exceeding the sales budget and implementing a sales growth strategy.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of key performance and sales metrics. Proficiency with technology, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM, is necessary to aid in selling and improve sales performance.
In addition to these qualifications, you should also be able to help negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and conditions and understand raw material, manufacturing and supply chain costs and trends to establish pricing strategies throughout the country. This will be a crucial aspect of the role as you work towards generating sustainable growth through profitable sales.
