Currently we are searching for a Customer service Representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or service.
Investigating and solving customer’s problems.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Give reference numbers when applicable.
Follow-up and courtesy calls to customers from master log.
Producing statistical information to management for product and service complaints.
Data capturing & filing of documents and reports.
Any other duties assigned to you by your manager or a manager who is authorized to do so.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Matric
One to three year working experience in customers services.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills in English.
Must be able the handle high call volumes.
Energetic, Positive and self-starter kind of person.
