What you'll be doing

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented content entry assistants to help bring our clients’ sites to life. You’ll be responsible for uploading and updating website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

In particular, you will be working closely with the delivery team in the following key areas:

- Uploading and publishing digital content (text, images, images, videos) into the content management system (CMS).
- Ensuring content is formatted well, free from error and follows the agreed design.
- Ensuring the structure of content and assets within the CMS is clean and logical, ensuring re-use where possible.
- Ensuring content follows SEO and accessibility best practice.
- Collaborating with content creators, designers, and the client to ensure timely approval and publishing.
- Maintaining and organizing content databases, filing systems, and documentation for all updates.
- Assisting in testing and reviewing how content appears across different browsers and devices.Updating the project team on progress, blockers, and risks.What we are looking for

You may be starting out on your career and have a passion for digital products and experiences. Some experience in content entry would be preferred but is not a requirement for the role.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, JIRA and Confluence.
- A team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English.Nice to have’s but not required:

- Experience in content entry, content coordination, data entry, or a similar role.
- Experience with Figma.Experience with Contentful, Content Stack or similar CMS products.
