As a Microsoft Power Platform Expert, you will be responsible for leveraging
the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement innovative
solutions that empower business users to create, analyze, and automate critical processes. You
will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify
opportunities for process improvement, and deliver effective Power Platform solutions. This role
requires a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), Power BI, and
Power Virtual Agents.

SUMMARY
- Solution Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements

and design custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps,

Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Power Apps Development: Build user-friendly, responsive, and feature-rich Power Apps
- Power Automate (Flow) Development: Design and create automated workflows using

Power Automate to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance data

integration between different systems.
- Power BI Reporting and Analytics: Develop interactive and visually compelling reports

and dashboards using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making across the

organization.
- Integration with Microsoft 365 and other Systems: Integrate Power Platform solutions with

create seamless user experiences.
- Data Transformation and Modelling: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various
- Security and Governance: Implement security best practices and data governance

policies to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection

regulations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on

how to effectively use Power Platform solutions, troubleshoot issues, and assist with

adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of

Microsoft Power Platform and proactively recommend enhancements to existing

solutions.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

EXPERIENCE
- Experience in custom connector development for Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.
- Previous experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proven experience (6 years) in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Proficiency in Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and other Power BI data modelling and

transformation techniques.

- Experience with data integration, API connections, and working with RESTful services.
- Familiarity with AI and natural language processing concepts for chatbot development

(Power Virtual Agents).
