**Presentation of the company**

Arkhênum is a pioneer company in the field of heritage enhancement: our multidisciplinary teams have been working for 20 years on the whole chain of enhancement of public and private heritage. It is in this context of growth and ambition that we are expanding our teams.

Reporting to the Production Department, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring the management of production teams and improving performance in terms of organization, productivity and quality. You will ensure customer follow-up and project reporting.

**The project**:
A 3 months mission for a top South African institution including conservation, preservation and digitization of a heritage special collection. You will be in charge of managing a conservation team of 3 skilled conservators and a digitization team.

The mission is based in **Cape Town**

**Your missions**:
Project management: from project set-up to delivery

Project management: monitoring and supervision of production teams

Establish Client and Management Reports: set up dashboards and relevant indicators, draft progress and assessment reports

Ensure the control of the good progress of the operations, analyze the situations of blocking and evaluate the risks of drifts (time, cost, quality)

Ensure customer follow-up

Occasional travels

**Skills**:
Experience in project management, in its organizational aspects and technical requirements. Ability to negotiate.

Experience in supply chain is a plus.

Good knowledge in heritage related fields: EDM, digitization, conservation other...

Ability to plan, implement, evaluate

Analysis and monitoring of production (KPI, negotiation, projection)

Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.

Writing skills to design and write documents (reports, summary notes)

Ability to manage emergencies and establish priorities.

Ability to report and meet deadlines.

Mastery of computer tools: Office pack, Project Management tools such as MS Project. A first use of a CAPM system is a plus.
