To ensure Premier Provides food safe products by:

- Advising and guiding business on implementation requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintaining GFSI, food safety and other regulatory requirements
- To protect our brand and support brand affinity by resolving consumer complaints as raised through the call centre or via the industrual customers by:

- Implementing and maintaining a non-conformance record (NCR) systems
- Investigating NCR’s with the relevant stakeholders
- Reviewing processes or SOP’s to prevent reoccurence of NCR’s
- Ensure operational excellence by calibrating and verifying the food and safety management system by scheduling and conducting internal audits with managers on quarterly basis on site and across site audit on an annual basis.
- Ensure operational excellence by calibrating and validating the food and safety management system by scheduling and conducting external audits with approved auditing body on annual basis to ensure the certification of the same
- Manage Premier Food safety management systems by adhering to the ISO/TS and ISO 2200 standards

6.Promote a food safety culture and build Premier’s QA Functions competence and capabilities by:

- Providing ongoing enablement and training teams on internal site-based SOP’s
- Training regarding the basic requirements of the food safety standards
- Specialization areas as delivered by external training suppliers

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Biotech/Food Technologies Degree or BTECH Degree - Essential
- FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Certification - Essential

**Experience Requirements**:

- QA/QC Manager from Grain Milling Industry with 10-12 years in both roles
- QA/QC Managers from FMCG food producing sites

**Key Outputs**:
To ensure Premier takes the lead in the milling industry by providing technical food safety leadership, advise, guidance and support services to remain compliant to the requirements for GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative Standards), food safety, customer requirements and regulatory requirements
