Property Management company in Brackenhurst, Alberton requires an experienced **Portfolio Administrator.**

Efficient in the Sectional Title and Full Title Management that requires full reporting, transparency and a close hand on all financial matters.

Experience is an absolute requirement. Should be able to work under pressure and must be able to meet deadlines, arrange and attend meetings, audits, attend to council queries, legal matters, payment processing, liaising with Trustees/Directors and owners on an ongoing basis etc. Professionalism and ability to communicate well, verbally and written, is a very important aspect.

Willing to work after hours, weekends, have own vehicle and a valid driver's licence.

Basic salary, petrol allowance, company cell phone based income.

Please Note: This position is an office based position.

Available to start immediately.

**Salary**: R10.00 - R10,000.00 per month
