- Payroll is processed timeously.
- Payslips are distributed/published timeously.
- Accurate and timeous monthly payroll and 3rd party reconciliations.
- Accuracy of statutory returns.
- Perform statutory compliance requirements within the stipulated time frames.
- Payroll documentation is filed and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Accurate and timeous distribution of payroll results to Finance.
- Compliance to payroll processes and procedures and the applicable financial legislative requirements.
- Timeous and accurate payroll reporting.
- Compliance to payroll processes and procedures.
- Payroll queries are resolved in line with SLA’s.
- Timeous provision of information to auditors.
- Participation in HC projects including blue printing of new countries, user acceptance testing and parallel runs.
- Operationalization of payroll for new countries into service.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Diploma or Higher Certificate (preferably in Payroll Administration).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll administration within a corporate environment, with multiple functions/operating companies/countries.
- International payroll administration exposure.
- Excel intermediate level.
- Working knowledge of SAP payroll preferable.
