- Monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages across all social media platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management
- Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and empathetically.

- Strong organizational and self motivation skills
