**Purpose**: The incumbent is required to perform manual bottle packing, partition inserting, light inspection and general ad hoc functions. These positions are based at production lines A and F.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12
- 2-3 years’ experience in a production environment
- Must be willing and able to work shifts and overtime if and when required.

**Knowledge required**:

- Knowledge and understanding of HACCP in a production environment
- Good understanding of Manufacturing Process
- Understanding Quality in a production environment
- Basic knowledge of process control systems and standards

**Skills required**:

- Basic numerical and technical skills
- Administration skills
- Good communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Problem identification
- High attention to detail
- Target driven and focused on continuous improvements

**Job summary**:

- Implement good housekeeping, hygiene and safety practices
- Assist machine operator with cleaning and first line maintenance tasks
- Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required
- Meet all requirements within set timeframes as per production schedule
- Consistently comply with workplace standards and practices
- Ensuring all procedures are followed regarding process control
- To pay close attention to the condition of incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
